"STOLMEL" adhesive strip

Contains natural substances extracted from plants, bee products (collected from the ecologically clean environment) as well as fatty base which enables efficient penetration of active substances into damaged and anemic tissue. When applied onto a fine fabric, such a NON-LEAD BALM preparation makes an ADHESIVE STRIP.

PROPERTIES AND EFFECT: The STOLMEL SOOTHING ADHESIVE STRIP owes its characteristic healing effect to long-term experience in preparing the mixture containing the exact ratio of ingredients. The adhesive strip stimulates healing of slow-healing wounds induced by impaired balance between blood circulation and metabolic needs of tissue (as in diabetes)
The STOLMEL preparation has complex effect on anemic tissues:
- It stimulates circulation (especially micro-circulation)
- Helps excrete detritus from a wound
- Has anti-microbe effect
- Regulates disturbed exchange of substance within the capillary basal membrane

STOLMEL ADHESIVE STRIP HELPS SOOTHE:

ULCERATION AND NECROSIS

- Diabetic gangrenous wounds
- Pressure sores, and especially pressure sores caused by diabetes
- Second and third degree burns
- Tiny abrasions and perforations of arms and legs due to sclerotic changes in micro-circulation
- Frost ulcers

HARD HEALING

- Surgical wounds
- Inflammatory skin disorders
- Crusts or eczema
- Skin injuries combined with bone fractures or injuries caused by non-aseptic objects.

Administration of STOMEL adhesive strip in specialized clinics may successfully prevent severe complications of impaired circulation in the limbs.
Exceptionally good results are achieved in patients with diabetic gangrene of a limb (particularly where the development of gangrene is sudden and profound, often resulting in partial self-amputation of a foot), as well as in neurotic diabetic foot (with deep fistulas).
Extensive detritus is discharged following application of STOLMEL adhesive strip onto gangrenous wound. Such a discharge helps eliminate bacteria, viruses and fungi, as well as the necrotic tissue, mediators of inflammation, fibrinogen, etc. thus enabling spontaneous cleaning of gangrenous wound.
STOLMEL adhesive strip improves metabolism and function of the affected organ by improving local circulation, simultaneously stimulating growth (sprouting) of the damaged tissue element and improving its nourishment.
Bone which might have been revealed will also be covered with new tissue following application of the STOLMEL adhesive strip, with accelerated granulation of the wound and epithelization leaving no crust.
